What does Motivity do?

Working with the latest handheld technology, Motivity provides a paper-free, low-cost solution to mobile data capture. Whatever paperwork your field workers require, Motivity offers an electronic version that can be completed remotely and returned instantly to your office.

What devices will Motivity work with?

Motivity can be used on a wide variety of Windows based Smartphones - Personal Digital Assistants (PDAs) through to rugged handhelds, to suit the needs of your business.

What if we currently work with paper and planner whiteboards?

Your business could be conducted faster, cheaper and more efficiently if you implemented an off-the-shelf software package that is equipped with a mobile solution. These systems not only help you better manage your office based operations but also allow you to send work to and from your workforce electronically with the minimum amount of manual administration.
We work with a number of business software providers across the UK who offer packages to help a wide variety of industry sectors. Their solutions range from general service management packages through to industry specific applications.

What if we work with paper and Microsoft Office?

If your office operation is running smoothly with Microsoft products and you are simply experiencing problems getting information back to the office from site workers, then the simplest option would be to look at capturing data on-site using a handheld computer or PDA. If you are using Microsoft Access, then we can get it to send information directly to your field staff, and automatically receive it back when they have finished their work.

What if we use a standard software package?

If you already have a software system you use to run your business operations but do not have a mobile solution, then we can help. As mobile technology specialists we can work with the company who provided your software to add on a mobile solution. We have a growing number of partners with software systems that have accompanying mobile applications running on handheld computers or PDAs.

What if we have a bespoke software package?

As with the standard software package, we can work with the company who provided your software to add on a bespoke mobile solution.

What are the benefits of PDA/handheld computer solutions over digital pens?
