Locating Photos Sent Back Motivity to Office in Liftdata

Photos taken as part of a Breakdown, Service or Repair Job in Motivity are compressed and transmitted back to the office.

The arrive at the office:

  1. Embedded on the second page of the PDF version of the field job sheet  (this includes any text captions)
  2. In jpeg files on the Z: drive under  the Archive/Processed folder on the Liftdata / Network server in the office.

Once the photos have been transmitted back to the office they are automatically removed from the handheld to conserve memory / space
