What can it do?
Lots! From job dispatch, through to capturing your customer’s signature on completion, it provides a complete, easy to use solution. It can carry a fully searchable parts database, take digital photos, record asset checks, readings and notes. It can also automatically send updates on job progress, and allows you to prompt field staff with your own job completion questions.
It can also provide you with a comprehensive customer and site database, keep track of site equipment, maintenance history and service contracts. We can also build custom business forms into the system too.

Simple to Use
Very. All the screens are clearly laid out, and use a point and tap operation, and drop down lists. This makes it easy to use, eliminates the need for typing, saves time and reduces errors.
Will our field staff need a mobile signal?
No. This is one of the key advantages of Motivity. If no signal is available, your field staff simply carry on using their devices as normal. When they are back in range the system will automatically send all their updates, without them needing to take any further action. So No Signal – No Problem!
