The idea of a mobile app was born when we realised the technology would benefit the private sector - and in particular maintenance and field force enterprises. Our first enterprise client, a lift company, provided the proof of concept we were looking for.

Though mobile is taken for granted these days, this was early on in the development of smart phones and pioneering for a sector that relied on filling out forms. Today, engineers right across the UK use Motivity every day to look after their customers. In this time, we've not found a maintenance or field services enterprise that couldn't benefit from using Motivity.

Understanding that no two service businesses are exactly the same, we developed an app that can be tailored to meet the specific needs of each of our customers, including building and property maintenance, gas servicing, fire and security, lift maintenance, and electrical engineers amongst many others.
