Background

Swift Lifts were intially looking at ways to avoid calling engineers who were driving and to send them job sheets.  Any new system had to incorporate all existing paper based forms, enable customers to sign and be easy to use.

The Simple Solution

The office team were already using a popular lift industry service management system called Liftdata.   With Motivity having a tried and tested secure link to packages like Liftdata this seemed the obvious choice.  Following a successful trial and on-site engineer training they have never looked back.

Now, the office team send jobs electronically to their engineers, eliminating the need to phone when the engineer is on the road or busy. Using Motivity on their smartphones, engineers record all data on-site including any photos and signatures. When finished, they transmit this straight back to the offices - much faster and more efficiently than before.
