How to Send us Diagnostic Info from the Motivity Workforce App

If you've been in contact with our support team and they need 'diagnostic info / data' from the Workforce App, here's what to do:

iPhone

From Motivity Home Page
Tap top left corner of app
Choose Help & Feedback from the pop out menu
Then press Arrow that appears in top right corner of app
Choose send diagnostic data from that menu


Android

From Motivity Home page
Tap top left corner of app
Choose settings from the pop out menu
Choose Send Diagnostic Data
